Better Than Disney World

One of the highlights of living in Israel is being able to take mini-trips on the weekend pretty much anywhere in the country. This past weekend I was down south and on Saturday I found myself lying in a bathing suit on one of the many beaches in Eilat. There were 2 American business men next to me and I could not help but overhear parts of their conversation. They were commenting about how great it was to be on the beach in December and then one said to the other "this is better than Disney World!" It sounded like something out of a commercial but it was completely genuine from them. I noticed that one of them had a New England Patriots hat on so I could not help but mention that I just moved from Boston. He told me that Boston got 10 inches of snow the other day. I just stood there and smiled.
Just another reason for me to be in Israel.
